Overview
Campaign Shelf ("Campaign Shelf", "we", "us", or "our") provides a service that presents and gates brand collateral stored in your connected Google Drive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Campaign Shelf you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and identify your account.
Google Drive content. When you connect a Drive folder to a shelf, we read file and folder metadata (names, types, sizes, and thumbnails) and file contents needed to present and serve the assets you choose to share. Your files remain in your Google Drive; Campaign Shelf does not upload or re-host your library.
Usage information. We record basic events such as shelf views and asset downloads, along with limited technical information (for example, request timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the service, present and gate your shelves, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data.
Google user data
Campaign Shelf's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request read access to the Drive content you explicitly connect, and we use it only to provide user-facing features of the service — presenting, organizing, and gating the assets you share. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
You can disconnect a Drive connection at any time from within the app, which revokes our continued access.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including our cloud hosting and storage provider, our payment processor (Stripe) for subscription billing, and our email delivery provider for transactional messages. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
Data retention
We retain account and shelf information for as long as your account is active. When you delete a shelf or your account, we remove the associated metadata and cached assets within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can disconnect Drive connections, adjust shelf visibility, and request deletion of your account. To exercise these choices or ask a question about your data, contact us using the details below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember consent preferences. Public shelf analytics are only recorded where permitted by your consent choices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
